Q: How to activate the dog ball?

A: Long press to turn on the ball, then simply tap the ball firmly or let it drop onto surfaces - the touch-sensitive interactive dog ball will automatically start rolling with lights!

Q: Why won't my ball move after turning on?

A: Ensure the shell is fully twisted clockwise until snug (prevents access to internal components). The bite-resistant design requires secure closure to activate the motor.

Q: My dog only bites it - how to engage properly?

A: Use training guide! Teach "nose-nudge games": Step 1: Hold treats near ball , reward nose touches Step 2: Roll ball 1ft, reward chasing (not biting) Most dogs learn in 3 sessions!
